The website at www.supplychainanalysis.igd.com ("the Site") is operated by The Institute of Grocery Distribution, a company registered by guarantee in England under registered number 105680 with registered office at Grange Lane, Letchmore Heath, Watford, Herts, WD25 8GD ("we") either in our own capacity or, where stipulated, as agent for IGD Services Limited, a company registered in England under number 3357260 with registered office at Grange Lane, Letchmore Heath, Watford, Herts, WD25 8GD.

Your privacy is very important to you and us.  We depend on the trust of our customers.  We are therefore committed to protecting your privacy and we shall only use your name, the names of your staff and other information which relates to you in the manner set out in this privacy policy.  We will only use your personal information in a way that is fair to you.  We will only collect information where it is necessary for us to do so and we will only collect information if it is relevant to our dealings with you.

We will only keep your information for as long as we are either required to by law, or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.

No credit card details are stored on our servers.

We may collect various information from you (which includes for these purposes from your colleagues) that is capable of identifying you personally when you submit an enquiry to the Site, when you submit your order for a product or service or when you subsequently visit the Site including (without limitation) the following: your name; job title; employer; employer's postal address; address for delivery of the product; address for invoicing; work phone and fax number and e-mail address; where you study; how you discovered the Site; comments, enquiries or suggestions that you submit to us; usernames; passwords; Internet Protocol address numbers; credit card details; and names, profile and contact details, usernames and passwords of your colleagues.  We need this information in order to respond to your enquiry, process and deliver the product, service or materials ordered by you, to collect payment from you, to send you information relevant to the products or services ordered and in case we have any queries.

You must only submit to us or the Site information which is accurate and not misleading and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes.

Other Uses of your personal information
